Food Vendor Application

The Castlemaine Artists’ Market welcomes expressions of interest from local food producers. Please complete this form if you wish to apply to trade at the market.
  • All stall holders are responsible for bringing their own set up equipment, including tables, chairs, hanging equipment, marquees, and sandbags.
  • Please describe the food you intend to sell at the market
  • Please give us an idea of how much you charge per food item sold in your stall.
  • Please include up to five images of examples of your food items you intend to sell at the market.

  • All food vendors must be registered as a temporary/mobile food premises on the below website. Please upload your current registration along with your application.

  • All electrical items MUST be tested and tagged. A safety audit will take place on the first day of trading. Double adapters are not permitted. All electrical leads must be double insulated (usually red, yellow or orange). Please explain what electricity requirements you have, if any. E.g. What equipment are you bringing? Has it been tagged and tested?
  • You must provide your own fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
  • All stallholders must be covered by public liability insurance, either through the market policy or by providing your own. If the latter applies you must provide a copy of your currency certificate to the Committee.
